Unfortunately egg cracking energy is no longer operating as a direct to consumer, or residential business.

If egg has installed either EV charging or Solar for you & you have an issue, please contact the manufacturer of your hardware for technical support in the first instance.

If the manufacturer can not resolve the issue, please email support@crackingenergy.com & we will respond as soon as we are able.

If you have finance with egg and need assistance with billing queries or are facing payment difficulties with a loan, please reach out to billing@crackingenergy.com

Your loan documentation will indicate which lender financed your Solar or EV equipment.
